This week, we dig into what happens when neurodivergent ways of working get misread on the job. Inspired by a magazine article on neurodiversity and relationship dynamics.

We break down how to use pattern recognition to handle office power dynamics without taking things personally, while walking through what it actually takes to set hard boundaries, trust your gut, and stop carrying everyone else's opinion home with you.

Note: The reference to neurodivergent kids hearing up to 20,000 more negative critiques than their peers by age 12 comes from clinical research by Dr. William Dodson on ADHD and neurodevelopmental conditioning.
